Černá Voda is a tourist town at the foot of the Czech Golden Mountains (ie Rychlebské Hory). It is a center of active tourism, especially cycling, due to the network of mountain biking routes in the area.
The village has existed since the Middle Ages and the ruins of Kaltenštejn Castle in the forest are a reminder of its long history. A hiking trail from the village leads to it.
Today's Černá Voda is primarily an accommodation base for tourists coming to Rychlebskie Hory. The surrounding area is known for its hiking trails and the network of perfectly prepared mountain bike routes Rychlebske routes. They are intended primarily for people who already have experience in mountain riding. In winter, there is also a small ski resort.
