Olsztyn near Częstochowa is a village in the Kraków-Częstochowa Jura. It is known primarily due to the ruins of a medieval castle located here, included in the Trail of the Eagles' Nests.
The history of the village is closely related to the functioning of the stronghold. It was established at the beginning of the 14th century and was in the hands of Polish kings.
