Krupówki

Krupówki is a representative street of Zakopane that passes through the city centre. There are many service points, restaurants, and shops, as well as important state institutions and monuments. Strolling along this street, one can admire Giewont, towering above city of Zakopane.

The promenade offers everything that tourists seek in the mountains. The atmosphere is comprised of buildings that fit in the Tatra architecture, cabs passing along the street, and characteristic white bears with which visitors can take a picture.

There are many important Zakopane buildings at Krupówki. These include neo-Romanesque church dedicated to the Holy Family, Tatra Station, and the Dr Tytus Chałubiński Tatra Museum.
