Sea Eye is the biggest lake in the Tatras and a frequently visited place by tourists on a trip to the Valley of Fish Stream. It was created by a filling of bowl-like rock which was carved by a glacier. It covers the area of 35ha, is located at 1395m and is one of the most picturesque places in the Tatras.

Several tourist tracks leading to the lake from different starting points can be found at the slopes of Mięguszowiecki Summits situated nearby Sea Eye. Breathtaking views on the highest Tatra's peaks can be admired from the Valley of Fish Stream which bottom is covered with the Sea Eye's waters.

The Sea Eye lake is surrounded by rich and very interesting vegetation often considered as rare. The reservoir is overgrown with Swiss pine, firm aconitum, Carex lachenalii, alpine wormwood, and others. What is interesting, trouts which live in Sea Eye are its natural inhabitants. One of the oldest Tatra's refuges can be found near Sea Eye.
