Sighişoara is one of the most attractive cities in Transylvania and Romania. Her Old Town is fully inscribed on the UNESCO list. Colorful cobbled streets and old churches can be seen along the cobbled streets, while from the Clock Tower you can admire the panorama of the area.

The city was founded as one of the seven castles that gave rise to Transylvania. Inhabited by German settlers, who were later joined by Hungarians. The Romanian population, like in many other cities in the region, had to settle for suburban or neighboring villages.

Closed in the defensive walls, the Old Town is located on a hill. At its foot there are former Romanian suburbs, which today are filled with restaurants, bars and shops. Most of them are located on Piața Hermann Oberth and the surrounding streets. From here, the stairs lead to the walls and the gates that lead into them.

The Old Town is a zone with limited traffic. The streets are paved with pavement, and in many of them are the gardens of numerous restaurants. The colorful tenement houses are decorated with paintings and sculptures. There are, among others, the house where the famous Vlad Țepeș was identified with Dracula.

Above the dense buildings of the Old Town there is a hill with the gothic church "Na Górce". Inside, medieval polychromes have been preserved, and in its surroundings you can also see the old cemetery with the graves of German residents of Sighișoara and the building of the first school in the city.
