Limehouse Basin Marina
Limehouse Basin Marina is a water harbor in central London, capable of receiving about 90 vessels at a time - mainly cruise ships of various types. The marina, connecting the River Thames with the Limehouse Basin, and then with the Regent Canal and the River Lee, is considered a convenient starting point for water trips.
The marina can also be an interesting sightseeing destination in itself. You can see many interesting vessels and observe the work of their crews. In addition to cruise ships, normal yachts and sea-going motor boats are a normal view.
The curiosity of Limehouse Basin Marina are boats and barges mooring here all year round or stopping for a long time. Some of them belong to people who abandoned the mainland to live on the water.
