Museum of Croydon

The museum exhibition introduces the history of Croydon from 1800 to modern times. There are, among others, souvenirs of the composer and musician Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, equipment sold in the first local IKEA salon and club souvenirs of the local football club Crystal Palace. The art collection includes works by artists associated with the city. A separate exhibition is dedicated to the Roman Saxon heritage of the region.
