Parliament Hill Viewpoint

Parliament Hill is a hill that forms part of the park area at Hampstead Heath in North West London. Its height is 98 meters and offers a panoramic view of the city. From the viewpoint located on the top you can see, among others Canary Wharf, St. Stephen's Cathedral Paweł and Victoria Tower in the Palace of Westminster. The parliament building is also partly visible, more than 10 km away from Parliament Hill.

In July 2016, a plaque was placed here to help identify places visible from the hill. It replaced a similar plaque, installed in 1984, which, however, due to the rapid development of the city, has already become obsolete. The lookout point at Parliament Hill is one of three in Hampstead Heath. He is officially looked after by the City of London authorities, thanks to whom the view of the most important monuments and points of London is secured, without fear that they will be obstructed by new buildings.
