Fenton House
Fenton House is a historic 17th century house in the Hampstead district of North London. In 1952, he was handed over by the last owner to the care of the National Trust - an organization dealing with the protection of monuments.
Inside the house has many treasures: a collection of Chinese, German and English porcelain, seventeenth-century embroidery depicting biblical scenes and a collection of Benton Fletcher's keyboards. During the tour you can find a mini concert because the instruments are made available to talented musicians. The walls are decorated with paintings of the post-impressionist artistic group Camden Town Group.
The house is surrounded by a 300-year-old orchard, where you can find as many as 32 varieties of apple and pear. There is also a rose garden and vegetable garden. The garden is maintained in the English style, with evenly trimmed hedges and an almost perfect lawn with characteristic stripes.
