Gallery of 20th and 21st Century Art

The Art Gallery of the 20th and 21st Centuries existing since 2013 presents one of the largest collections of modern and modern art in Poland. The collection includes both works from the beginning of the last century and from recent years. You can admire sculptures, paintings, graphics and drawings, photographs, photomontages, films, performances and multimedia works. The gallery allows you to familiarize yourself with the works of, among others artists such as Witkacy, Władysław Strzemiński, Józef Czapski, Natalia Lach - Lachowicz, Zbigniew Libera, Katarzyna Kozyra, Tamara Łempicka, Wilhelm Sasnal and Józef Robakowski.

A special mobile application allows access to information about selected works of art. Thanks to modern technologies, there is also the opportunity to listen to the Gallery Curator talking about some exhibits. Gallery guests can choose one of two sightseeing paths: longer or shorter, and then test their knowledge by solving a quiz prepared for visitors.
