The building erected in 1618-1620 is the last preserved powder magazine from the time of the Eighty Years' War (1568-1648). Walls 1 m thick and lightweight roof structure was to ensure safety in case of gunpowder explosion. Currently, the building is a museum and a place for exhibitions and concerts.
