Saint Basilica New Year's Eve and Martin's in Monti (Basilica dei Santi Silvestro e Martino ai Monti) is a titular church. The valuable monuments of the sacred art include the mosaic from the 6th century depicting the Madonna of San Silvestro.

The baroque facade is the work of Pietro da Cortona from the 1750s. In the interior you can enjoy very rich decorations, they draw attention, among others Gaspare Dughet frescos. Under the altar, relics of the saints of the Catholic church are kept.

The church was built on the order of Pope Sylwester I in the 4th century. In the 6th century it was renovated on the initiative of Pope Symmachus. During renovation works, a small silver reliquary from the 4th century was found in its area. The inscription on it shows that it was a wedding gift.
