Camogli is a seaside town with a nice beach and colorful buildings. It is famous for its excellent cuisine and the possibility of a peaceful rest away from the crowds.

The town is situated on the shores of Golfo Paradiso Bay and is centered around San Frutuosso Beach. Above it, on the slopes of the hills, the buildings of the village are pressed in. The surrounding hills are protected by the Portofino Natural Park, with many hiking trails.

Tourists visit Camogli mainly due to the possibility of relaxing by the sea and the wide opportunities for active tourism. In addition to the usual sunbathing, you can go canoeing, pedalo and diving here. Underwater grottoes are very attractive to divers, including the Grotta dei Gamberi and the bronze figure of Christ from the Abyss, sunk in sea waters. For those who like hiking, there are trails, including on San Rocco, Monte di Portofino or Cape Punta Chiappa.

Among the attractions of Camogli is also the local buildings. Traditional, high, colorfully painted tenement houses fall down the slope to the seashore, to a small marina. An important monument is the Abbey of San Fruttuoso, as well as numerous churches and the medieval castle Castello della Dragonara.
