Bellaria-Igea Marina is a resort town on the Adriatic Sea. Its advantages are sandy, wide beaches and good accommodation facilities. A small old town with historic tenement houses has been preserved in the center.
The seaside part of Bellaria-Igea Marina is divided by the port channel into two parts. They are connected by a bridge, and on both sides there are wide beaches covered with sand. Most of them are payable with the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds, but there are also parts for the public. On the beaches there are bars, playgrounds, recreational equipment rentals, and in the evenings there are clubs with music.
Bellaria-Igea Marina's evening activities are concentrated along the main pedestrian street, Isola dei Platani. This is where the most restaurants, bars, clubs and souvenir shops are located. This part of the city lives until late at night. There is also a bustle in the evenings within the small old town, where, however, it is much calmer. In the streets you can find atmospheric small cafes and trattorias. The stone houses are also pleasantly cool during the day.
