Ducal Palace of Urbino

The building in the Renaissance style is one of the most important examples of period architecture in Italy. The monument has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The construction of the building began in the 15th century. Its walls now house the National Gallery of the Marche Region, which collects important works of the Italian and world Renaissance.
