The highest mountain railway line in Europe connects two stations: the Kleine Scheidegg and Jungfraujoch passes. The whole journey takes about 30 minutes, and the highest point is located at an altitude of 3454 m above sea level. A significant part of the route runs through a tunnel carved in the mountain ranges. The railway has a long and rich history, and the first projects of its creation date back to 1869.
