Jungfraujoch

A pass in the Bernese Alps, 3471 m above sea level, located between the Jungfrau and Monch peaks. It is an important tourist center with several hotels, resaturations and a viewing terrace, from which you can enjoy extensive mountain panoramas. A little below the pass is the upper station of the highest located Jungfraubahn cog in Europe, and above the Sphinx astronomical observatory was built.
