Parque de Atracciones, or Madrid's Amusement Park is one of the few places of this type that is located in the center of such a large city. The park has over forty devices, such as carousels, slides, roller coasters and trampolines. We will also find here gastronomic points and venues with games. During the hour, about 27,000 people can have fun in this place.
The inauguration of the Parque de Atracciones took place on the day of the patron of Madrid, Saint Isidore, on May 15, 1969. This amusement park located in the Casa de Campo park initiated the creation of the Parques Reunidos group, which today has over seventy similar facilities. The Spanish capital also houses the Parque Warner Madrid park, the second largest theme park in Spain.
