Chapel of Paço da Bemposta

The chapel is located on the premises of the Military Academy and has been classified as a national monument since 2002. The palace was built at the beginning of the 18th century, the place was then outside the capital. Inside the paintings of Pedro Alexandrino decorate the vault, and on the main altar there is a panel depicting the Mother of God.
