Open-air museum in Wolsztyn. The museum includes 15 large, well-equipped facilities. The most important of these are: inn, barn from Solca, cottage farmhouse from Tuchorz, stable with carriage from Szarek and cottage, bread oven and smokehouse from Świętna.
The construction of the facility began in 1976, and was opened to the public in 1986. The 3.5-hectare open-air museum was located about 800 meters from the city center, on the western bank of the Wolsztyn Lake. The whole, along with its small architecture and numerous vegetation, is to present the conditions of the West Pomeranian village from the turn of the 19th century.
Apart from permanent exhibitions, outdoor events are also organized, which aim at depicting forgotten crafts and skills: smithery, weaving, knitting, etc.
