Among all the trains exposed in the open-air museum of the Warsaw Railway Museum Museum Station the most distinctive is a powerful and heavy armored train. It is part of a larger collection of vehicles, but it is impossible to pass beside it indifferently. This is the only German armored train from World War II in Europe.
The armored train located at the Museum Station in Warsaw is a witness of history. It was manufactured for the needs of the Wehrmacht, but after the war it was put into the hands of the Polish army and served for it. He took part in in the famous "Wisła" action in 1947.
As part of the temporary exhibition, the Museum Station also provides access to the interior of the armored train. However, the opportunity to watch the armored locomotive from the outside alone is a great opportunity. The whole collection of locomotives of the Museum Station is not a tourist attraction, which is to see many tourists visiting Warsaw.
