Created in the 1960s, the Moczydło Park in Warsaw is a perfect example of an effective land reclamation. Once in the park there were wild dumps and clay pits, which in time were transformed into Górka Moczydłowska and four charming ponds.
There were times when this part of Warsaw did not encourage visits. Today, it is vibrant with life: the park has sports courts, walking and cycling paths, a playground for children and a tennis court.Less
