The church is the official temple of creative environments. Inside are the relics of saints Albert and Andrew and the apostle Saint. John the Evangelist. Next to the temple, religious buildings were erected for women canons.
The church's service covers the entire creative community, i.e. actors, artists, radio and television employees, publishers. In 1999 he was consecrated by Pope John Paul II.
In the main altar there is a picture of Sebastian del Piombo, a painter learned by Michelangelo and Rafael. It depicts Christ kneeling in Ogrójiec. The church also has several paintings from the collections of the Royal Castle and the National Museum. The doors made of transparent glass are also original.
In 2008, a fire broke out in the temple during the Easter service. However, the church was reconstructed. To commemorate this event, a marble sculpture of the mythical Phoenix was placed in the nave. The bird being the symbol of the resurrection here means that the church regains its former splendor.
