There are more than sixty objects of folk architecture on the grounds of the open-air museum. They present traditional farmsteads, religious and court buildings. The facility organizes numerous cyclical events and workshops, where you can acquire skills from the daily life of the old village.
The oldest object, presented in the open-air museum, is the church of Sts. Dorothy from Wolanów. It is extremely valuable because of its illusionistic polychrome. In addition, there is a collection of windmills, pottery, manors, smithies, and even a former rematch. Unique is the huge nineteenth-century six-sided barn. Another peculiarity is a two-storey pigeon house with a dovecote from the second half of the 19th century,
Buildings are enriched with original vessels and objects of daily use. Interestingly, there are live farm animals such as sheep and goats. Additional attractions include workshops where a tourist can learn how to chop butter, mash pots, or grind millet. The Museum deals with the organization of Palm Sunday, Holy Bread, Sobotka and Potato Festival.
