Fort Va

Fort Va Bonin is one of the eighteen forts of the old Prussian Fortress Poznań. Fort, that was built in the second half of the nineteenth century, can be visited only with a guide. Dressed in a historic uniform, he tells the history of the fortifications and its curiosities. In the fort, field games, as well as laser paintball, are organized. One can also rent the facility to accommodate various celebrations and bonfires.

The Fort was built during the closing of the ring of the Fortress Poznań between 1887-1890. The heaviest fights took place in the time of the defiance of the city from the German occupation in 1945. The object is looked after by the Society of Fortification Lovers Kernwerk.
