Croissant Museum

Local name: Rogalowe Muzeum

The museum is entirely dedicated to the Saint Martin's croissant. The main attraction of this place is a show during which croissants are prepared from scratch, according to the traditional recipe. The museum is situated in a Renaissance interior, in a historic, 500-year-old tenement house at the Old Market Square in Poznań.

In the museum, visitors can get to know the history of the Saint Martin's Croissant, legends and curiosities related to it. Other attractions are also organized, such as the Poznań dialect lectures. On the spot croissants and attractive souvenirs associated with this place can be bought as well.
