The Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Consolation is the oldest temple of the left bank of Poznań and dates back to the thirteenth century. In its body and decor it is possible to find elements from various epochs, including early Gothic walls. It is the sanctuary of Our Lady of Consolation.
In the 13th century, the industry I brought to the settlement of St. Dominican Gotarda. They gave birth to the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Consolation. Part of the walls of the early Gothic church survived to this day.
