The temple is a late gothic building - in the second half of the nineteenth century it was renovated in the neo-gothic style. The church has an interesting and rich architecture, and in its interior you can admire exceptionally beautiful vaults.
The temple was erected at the beginning of the 15th century, but was renovated many times. With the Church of St. There is a legend about a hidden treasure connected with Piotr and Paweł. The valuables were to be walled up in one of its pillars - however, no trace of them has yet been found.
Inside the church, you can see various types of vaults (ribbed, stellar and vaulted) with keystones decorated with religious reliefs, depicting, among others, John the Baptist, the Lamb of God and Christ. The valuable elements of the church equipment include a wooden cross with a figure of Christ from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries and a gothic chalice. Richly decorated renaissance altars are also noteworthy.
