Regional Museum Adam Fastnacht in Brzozów is housed in the building of the former town hall. Among the collected ethnographic, historical and artistic souvenirs are tools from the Neolithic, archives, e.g. the seventeenth-century book of village headquarters and architecture, interior reconstructions, e.g. a bourgeois-intellectual salon, handicrafts, e.g. pipes, and a collection of sculptures by local artists. An interesting fact is the comb workshop of the last comb maker in Brzozów. The museum conducts publishing activities, which has twice won him the first place in the National PTTK Publishing Competition.
Museum collections include manuscripts of the Museum patron, Adam Fastnacht, historian and researcher of the history of the Sanok region. In addition to permanent exhibitions devoted to the history and culture of the Brest region, the museum also organizes temporary exhibitions and museum lessons.
The facility was opened in 1980 thanks to the efforts of Jerzy Adamski and the Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society.
