Walter Süskind Bridge
Local name: Walter Süskindbrug
Drawbridge, named after Walter Süskind (1906-1946) - a German who saved about 600 Jewish children from the Holocaust. A steel structure, 5.5 m wide, was built in 1969-1972 to replace the iron drawbridge from the early 20th century.
