Ripley's Believe It or Not in Amsterdam is called the strangest place in the capital of the Netherlands. It is a combination of a fantastic museum and cinema. Visitors can see intriguing exhibits such as Tsants' crafted, shrunken heads, and cannibal skulls.
The inspiration for the creation of this place was a series of comics, books, radio programs and films in which interesting and unusual, sometimes terrifying phenomena from around the world were shown. The initiator of this series was Robert Ripley, an American cartoonist and radio reporter.
Initially, Ripley presented amazing facts in the field of sport in New Yorks Globe, but later he also devoted attention to other issues.
In Amsterdam's Ripley's Believe It or Not, the cinema invites guests to a 5-minute 5D screening, visitors can also relax in the lounge with a cup of coffee.
