Local name: Palazzo degli Esami

The Palazzo degli Esami (Exams Palace) is a building dating from 1912, rises in the heart of the Trastvere district of Rome. It was designed by engineer Edmond Del Bufalo. For many years, important state examinations for officials, journalists and teachers (hence the name) were organized here. Today, its restored interiors serve as an exhibition space.

Important cultural events take place at the Palazzo degli Esami. It was held here, incl. the famous multimedia exhibition "Van Gogh Alive. The Experience ”dedicated to the work of one of the most outstanding Dutch painters.

Visitors could also learn about the life of the legend of American cinema, Marylin Monroe ("Imperdibile Marilyn"). An interesting event for children and all LEGO lovers was the exhibition of 120 objects made entirely of bricks.
