A modern museum presenting original monuments found during excavations in the Acropolis area. On the ground floor you can see ceramics and architectural elements found throughout the complex. Above are the fragments of the Panatenai Frieze from the Parthenon, 5 of 6 caryatids that killed Erechtejon and the metopes from the Parthenon.
