Science Center Spectrum is a Science Center operating at the German Technical Museum. Eight thematic sections (microcosm, macrocosm, electricity, magnetism, light, movement, heat and others) were found in the four-story building, where 150 experimental stations were installed.
Among the most spectacular attractions of Spectrum are the giant Foucault pendulum (it shows the fact that the Earth rotates around its axis), a room for mirrors, a rainbow without water and multi-colored electronic planes installed in the "light zone" on which you can conduct experiments with mixing colors and changing color temperature
The Science Center Spectrum was established in 1983 as the first facility of this type in Germany. All attractions, occupying rooms with an area of 1400 m2 are recommended as an intelligent amusement park for children. Experimental stands are intuitive - most do not require descriptions or adult support.
