Blenheim Palace located in Oxfordshire, England. This monumental country estate is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is one of the largest residences of this type in Great Britain and as the only one in England bears the title of "palace", being neither royal nor church property.

Blenheim Palace is unique not only because of its name, but also because of its architecture: in England, properties designed in the Baroque style are rare. The establishment of Blenheim Palace dates back to 1705-1722, and its construction was supervised by architect John Vanbrugh. The palace was a gift for military commander John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough, who deserved during the war for Spanish succession with France and Bavaria, and the gift was to be offered by a grateful nation. Blenheim combines several functions: a residential house, a national monument and a mausoleum, and its most famous resident was the Prime Minister of Great Britain, Winston Churchill.
