Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens
Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens is the largest private zoo in terms of animal species in the country. Currently, over 260 species live here. The zoo is divided into 10 sections. You can see both large animals and small ones. Separate pavilions are inhabited by insects, reptiles, bats and birds. In addition to animals, you can see many species of plants, including exotic ones, and ride a narrow-gauge railway.
During your visit to the zoo, you can watch feeding shows for some animals, including Penguins. A mini-zoo has been prepared for children, in which they can touch small, farm animals. There are also daily demonstrations in the lemur pavilion, during which guardians talk about their habits and care for them.
The queue that goes around the zoo is called Bella. In this way, one of the first females of the white rhinoceros who lived in the zoo was honored.
