Peter Harrison Planetarium
Peter Harrison Planetarium is a planetarium forming part of the National Maritime Museum and located in Greenwich Park. An image of the cosmos is displayed on the dome of the building. In the hall with a capacity of one hundred and twenty people, night sky, alien planets and distant galaxies are organized, accompanied by professional astronomers' comments. It is the only planetarium in all of London.
The planetarium is located inside the building, which resembles from the outside a cone with a cut tip made of bronze and weighs forty-five tons. Digital 3 software with blue, red and green lasers and GLV technology are used here. They allow you to create extremely precise images of the sky and space.
