Museum of Freemasonry
The Freemansons Library and Museum is housed in the Freemansons Hall. It is dedicated to both Freemasonry and other religious orders and groupings of this type. There is a collection of items with Masonic motifs, including furniture, jewelry, silverware, glass and porcelain. You can also see one of the most extensive collections dedicated to the most important mutual protection societies, such as Oddfellows and Foresters.
The library and museum offer a genealogy research and search service. The library itself has a collection of books and manuscripts devoted to virtually all aspects of Freemasonry both in England and around the world. This also applies to the mystical and esoteric motifs of traditions with which Freemasonry is associated. To use the library, only registration is necessary, the files are widely available.
