Brunswick Mausoleum
Local name: Mausolée Brunswick
The mausoleum was built in 1879 in Geneva to commemorate the life of Charles II, Prince of Brunswick. In exchange for erecting the monument, he transferred the estate to the city. The building was built on the model of the mausoleum of the Scaligeri family in Verona, which was the will of the prince, written in his will.
