Natural History Museum Bern

The institution is one of the most important natural history museums in Switzerland. It was officially established in 1832 and presents a rich collection of artifacts from such fields of science as paleontology, cynology and malacology. The most famous objects include giant crystals from Planggenstock, a collection of African animals and historical dioramas.
