Tiflológico Museum (ONCE) or Museo Tiflológico de la Once is the Museum of the Blind in Madrid. This is one of the most unusual museums in the world. The idea of this place is to enable visually impaired and even completely blind people to enjoy being in contact with art. You can not only watch, but also touch the exhibits. These are mainly miniaturized three-dimensional models of cities and monuments, and even "3D images".
ONCE was opened in December 1992 by the National Organization of the Blind in Spain (Organización Nacional de Ciegos Españoles). This museum gives disabled people the opportunity to learn about art and architecture through senses other than eyesight. Temporary exhibitions of works by blind artists are also organized here. The museum can of course also be visited by sighted and able-bodied tourists. Admission is free.
