La Vaguada is Madrid's first shopping center, which was founded in 1983. Local sellers offer, among others clothes of famous Spanish brands, home furnishings and decorative items, original lamps and cosmetics. There is also a supermarket, a cinema and a games area.
Customers can also use the services of banks, send a postcard in a branch of the Spanish post office (Correos) and visit a travel agency. An offer has been prepared for small children and their parents - they are stores with items for toddlers and toy stores.
The gastronomic area has many cafes and restaurants offering Spanish and international delicacies. The stores are located on three levels, the retail area is approximately 85,000 m². The center is able to accommodate approximately 25 million customers at the same time.
