Museu Eròtic de Barcelona shows the history of erotica over the centuries. The exhibition, consisting of about 800 props, was placed in 14 rooms. It includes paintings, photos and sculptures, as well as erotic inventions such as dolls and specially constructed machines. You can also see a collection of corsets and engravings "Suite 347" by Picasso.
In one of the rooms of the Barcelona Museum, short pornographic films shot in the 1920s are played. These are the first recordings of this type that were made in Spain. They were probably shot for King Alfonso XIII.
The museum exhibits wooden and stone sculptures from the 18th century, which depict the positions of the Kama Sutra. You can also see illustrations from "Ananga Rank" - an Hindu textbook on the art of love. The museum's offer is completed by a visit to a specially arranged garden.
