Museum of Pharmacy - Pharmacy under the Red Cancer shows the history of pharmacy over the centuries. The pharmacy near Czerwony Rak has been in operation since the 16th century. In the 18th century, the building it occupied received a new Classicist facade that can be admired to this day. The museum's collections are located in five rooms on the ground floor. You can see original Empire style furniture complemented by Baroque-Classicist paintings on the walls.
The exhibition presents glass and ceramic pharmacy utensils, scales, and medicine portioning devices. The walls are decorated with metal arrays, herbariums and plant drawings with descriptions of their uses. There is also a large collection of books and documents. The oldest of them come from the 16th century.
