Baza ludzi... z mgły

Baza Ludzi z Mgły (Base of Fog People) is a popular pub in Bieszczady. Its name relates to the novel "Sokołowska Base" by Marek Hłaska and the movie "Base of dead people" by Czesław Petelski which was based on the Hłaska's novel "The next to Heaven"

The original design of the pub contains paintings and sculptures by artists from Bieszczady, hunting trophies and carriage wheels. What attracts the attention the most is the space over the counter which consists of various souvenirs left by guests who rested here before continuing their mountain journey. The collection consists of photographies, id cards, drawings, tickets, and cards. The pub offers food and drinks, music and also commemorative T-shirts.

Wetlina's Base is compared to the legendary Siekierezada in neighboring Cisna with reason. It's also here, where the inconspicuous from the outside building hides atmospheric interior and has regular customers who contribute to the unique atmosphere. Every guest can enrich the pub's collection with personal belongings.
