Bells in front of St. Anne's Church
Local name: Dzwony przy kościele św. Anny
Located inside:
St. Anne's Church in Wilanów
Two church bells placed on a special wooden structure can be seen at the back of the church of St. Anna in Wilanów. One of them, called the Voice of Freedom - as the inscription on it announces, is a faithful replica of the bell cast for the Temple of Divine Providence.
On the bell there is the figure of John Paul II with outstretched hands and an inscription saying about the purpose of its founding, which is to commemorate the miracles on the Vistula from 1920 and 1979. They are identified with the miracle of the collapse of communism. A piggy bank was located in the vicinity, to which donations are collected for the construction of the Temple of Divine Providence.
