The observation deck was built in 1902-1907. It's located at 19,3m - 19m over the West Oder. The walking alley can be found at the top of the bank. Two downhill roads run below the bank, descending symmetrically from the end to the center of Chrobry Embankment.

Center of Chrobry Embankment consists of the semicircular central deck which is located slightly lower than the main walking alley. It's supported by a retaining wall and has additional decks with pavilions at the sides.

The central part of the construction also consists of a fountain. Other attractions are Park of Stefan Żeromski, sculptures of a man fighting the centaur, Adam Mickiewicz, Jan of Kolno and Wyszak, among others.
