Bulwary Nad Czarna Hańcza in Suwałki is a revitalized area of green areas located on the river bank. There is a canoe and sports equipment rental, a cafe and spacious lawns with picnic areas. Along the boulevards there are sidewalks and paths for cyclists and skaters.
