Museum of Dairying in Rzeszów is placed in former dairy school owned by Tadeusz Rylski Food School Complex. The museum was opened in 1968. The exhibition displays history and development of dairying in Galicia. The originator of the museum and first exhibition was Jan Łabaj, school director.
The exhibition displays devices such as milk centrifuges, pasteurizers, butter churns, bottling machines and pumps. It also consists of cheesemaking equipment - presses and forms.Part of the exhibition dedicated to the history consists of documents, magazines, handbooks and account books. It also presents information about the activity of the school since its opening and life of the school patron - Tadeusz Rylski.The unusual attraction and surprise for automotive fans is 1939 Audi which is used as the didactic display unit.Less
