Arboretrum in Rogów, which is occupying the area of 54 hectares, gathers trees and bushes from all over the world. They are divided into five groups: woody plants, herbaceous plants, tropical plants occupying two huge greenhouses, forest experiential spaces and picturesque alpine garden, where, besides rock gardens, whole system of brooks, ponds and a pool with an artificial island was established. Garden is open to visitors all year round.
While walking the alleys, one can come across inhabiting animals, like: woodpeckers, squirrels, foxes, martens, grass snakes and mallard ducks. In the garden regular events are also organized, especially for children, like looking for hidden signs with a map.
There is also a shop, where one can purchase some of the plants growing here, including rare species on the forest nurseries market, like: certain types of maples, magnolies, oplopanaxes and cercidiphyllums.
